1. Who runs the site

2. What the content is

Our reviews, scores and guides are opinion and general information, written in good faith from our own testing. Treat them as a well-meant view, never as a substitute for expert technical or medical guidance. Developers keep updating their games, so check the game's own page before relying on any detail.

3. Outside platforms

The games we describe are run by CrazyGames and the studios that make them, not by AJN. Following a link takes you to their website, under their terms, privacy policy and rules on accounts. We are not responsible for their content, availability or conduct, and any arrangement you make with them is between you and them.

4. Referral fees

AJN may receive a fee when visitors use certain outbound links. You are never charged for this, and it has no effect on which games we list or how we score them.

5. Using our material

Our text, scorecards, illustrations and site design belong to AJN. Short quotations are welcome, provided they carry a link to the AJN page they were taken from. Please ask before reproducing anything larger. The titles, logos and artwork of each game are owned by their developers and publishers; we show cover images only to identify the game being reviewed.

6. Fair use of the site

Please do not try to break, overload or scrape the site, send automated messages through the post room form, or use the form to send anything unlawful, abusive or misleading. We may block traffic that does.

7. Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available but cannot promise it will always be either. To the extent the law allows, AJN is not liable for loss arising from use of the site or from any outside platform we link to. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these terms when the site or the law changes. Whichever date heads this page marks the version that applies; reading the site after that date means the new version applies.

9. Law and courts

These terms are subject to the law of England and Wales. Disputes belong in the courts of England and Wales, although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
